Sending an enquiry does not place an order, create a construction contract or reserve a date. The preferred start date on our form helps us understand your plans. Availability, scope, pricing and timing must be discussed and agreed with AKS.
Any work we undertake is subject to the quotation and project terms agreed with you separately. Those documents should set out the agreed work, materials, price, payment arrangements and relevant cancellation information before you commit. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Our photographs and videos show examples of our work. Every site is different. The appropriate materials, preparation, drainage and construction method depend on the property, ground conditions, access and the agreed scope.
